Liroka LLC（以下「当社」）は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法／APPI）およびその他適用される法令に基づき、お客様の個人情報を適切に取り扱います。

Liroka LLC ("we", "us", "the Company") handles personal information in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws.

1. 個人情報の取得 / Information We Collect

当社は、以下の個人情報をお客様から直接取得します。

当社ウェブサイトはCookieやアクセス解析ツールを使用しておりません。IPアドレスおよびアクセスログはAWSインフラストラクチャにより自動的に記録される場合がありますが、個人を特定する目的では使用しません。

Our website does not use cookies or analytics tools. IP addresses and access logs may be recorded automatically by AWS infrastructure but are not used to identify individuals.

2. 利用目的 / Purpose of Use

取得した個人情報は、以下の目的に限り利用します。

• お問い合わせへの回答およびご連絡
• サービスに関するご提案・お見積もりのご提供
• 契約の締結・履行に必要な連絡

We use personal information solely to: respond to inquiries, provide service proposals and estimates, and communicate as necessary for contract performance.

3. 第三者への提供 / Disclosure to Third Parties

当社は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

• お客様の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合
• 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、お客様の同意を得ることが困難であるとき

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except: with your consent, as required by law, or to protect life, body, or property when obtaining consent is impractical.

4. 業務委託先 / Service Providers

当社は、お問い合わせフォームの処理にAmazon Web Services（AWS）のインフラストラクチャを利用しています。データは米国東部リージョン（us-east-1）に保管されます。AWSは適切なセキュリティ対策を講じており、当社はAWSとの間でデータ保護に関する契約を締結しています。

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure to process contact form submissions. Data is stored in the US East (N. Virginia) region. AWS maintains appropriate security measures and we have data protection agreements in place.

5. 安全管理措置 / Security Measures

当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失またはき損を防止するため、以下の措置を講じています。

• すべての通信はTLS 1.2以上で暗号化
• AWS WAFによるウェブアプリケーション保護
• アクセス権限の最小化（最小権限の原則）
• 保管データの暗号化（AES-256）

We protect personal information through: TLS 1.2+ encryption for all communications, AWS WAF web application protection, least-privilege access controls, and AES-256 encryption at rest.

6. 保存期間 / Retention

お問い合わせにより取得した個人情報は、対応完了後1年間保存し、その後速やかに削除します。契約に関連する情報は、契約終了後5年間保存します（法令に基づく保存義務がある場合はその期間）。

Contact form data is retained for 1 year after resolution, then deleted. Contract-related information is retained for 5 years after termination, or longer if required by law.

7. お客様の権利 / Your Rights

お客様は、当社が保有するご自身の個人情報について、以下の権利を有します。

• 開示請求 — 当社が保有する個人情報の内容をご確認いただけます
• 訂正・追加・削除 — 個人情報の内容に誤りがある場合、訂正等を請求できます
• 利用停止・消去 — 利用目的の範囲を超えて利用されている場合、利用停止等を請求できます

上記のご請求は、下記のお問い合わせ先までメールにてご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。

You have the right to request disclosure, correction, deletion, or cessation of use of your personal information. Please contact us by email. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period.

8. 越境移転 / Cross-Border Transfer

当社は米国テキサス州に本社を置くため、お客様の個人情報は米国に移転・保管されます。米国には日本の個人情報保護法と同等の個人情報保護制度が存在しない場合がありますが、当社は本ポリシーに記載された安全管理措置を講じることにより、適切な保護を確保します。

As our headquarters is in Texas, United States, your personal information is transferred to and stored in the US. We ensure appropriate protection through the security measures described in this policy, even where the destination country may not have equivalent data protection laws.

9. ポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

当社は、法令の変更、事業内容の変更等に伴い、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、当社ウェブサイトにてお知らせします。

We may update this policy due to changes in law or business operations. Material changes will be announced on our website.
